My Journey – From Karachi Streets to Global Digital Leadership | Nadir Qureshi
Who Am I?
I’m Nadir Qureshi — a digital strategist, founder, team builder, political mind, and someone who still believes in starting from scratch.
Born on August 4, 1987, in Karachi, I’ve lived a life shaped by hardships, hustle, and an unshakeable desire to create real impact. Today, I lead N2N Solutions, co-lead Digital MQM Pakistan, and support multiple ventures that aim to reshape narratives and empower people — digitally and beyond.
A Tough Beginning
I come from a middle-class family where life changed drastically when my father was diagnosed with liver cancer during my early childhood. With growing responsibilities, I started working at a young age — balancing survival and learning became a daily challenge.
Though I initially got enrolled in a Mass Communication program, financial hurdles forced me to drop out. Later, when life became slightly stable, I completed my B.Com from Karachi University, followed by a 2-year diploma in Digital Media. Over time, I added skills through short courses in web development, project management, grant writing, and more.
My First Jobs — And the Breaking Point
I began my professional journey in credit card sales, then worked in publishing, the NGO sector, and later at a BPO (AUA Solutions) where I led a research team.
Despite putting in full dedication and honesty, I reached a point where I felt undervalued. That was my turning point — I realized that pouring my soul into someone else's vision wouldn't work unless I pursued my own dream.
Building N2N Solutions from a Room to a Global Brand
In 2011, I officially launched N2N Solutions — a dream I had quietly nurtured for years.
What started as a solo setup from a room has now grown into a global digital marketing agency with:
400+ international clients
1,500+ completed projects
A peak team size of 100+ employees
Quarterly business touching 6-figure USD revenues
We’ve worked with names like Heinz Marketing, Lucas Group, HLTH, Websummit, Money 20/20, ITCN Asia, and more — providing solutions in audience building, social media strategy, SEO, websites, and lead generation.
The journey began by building a freelance profile on Elance (now Upwork), gaining trust one client at a time — and soon became something bigger than I could’ve imagined.
DIGINAD – Art, Empowerment & Purpose
DIGINAD was founded by my wife, and I proudly support her as co-founder. It’s a digital platform that empowers Pakistani digital artists by giving them a space to sell, promote, and grow.
With projects like TOTEKA (eco-friendly tote bags) and the upcoming DIGINAD Academy, we aim to bridge the gap between creativity and commerce.
Stepping into Politics — From Admiration to Action
In 2016, I was inspired by Mustafa Kamal’s return to Karachi — his work ethic, vision, and selflessness resonated with me. I joined him and was appointed Digital Head of Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP).
Together, we built Pakistan’s first volunteer-led digital political team — a movement, not just a campaign.
In 2023, after the PSP–MQM Pakistan merger, I became the Co-Head of Digital MQM Pakistan, where I:
Formed and trained the new digital team
Launched DigitalMQM.com
Introduced podcast culture, reel content, and Twitter strategies
Structured intra-party communication tools
What Mustafa Kamal Means to Me
He’s more than a leader — he’s a brother, mentor, and a role model in how to serve people without ego or agenda. I’ve seen him put the cause above himself, always focused on God’s approval and people’s well-being.
His influence on me goes beyond politics — it’s a blueprint for principled leadership.
Working Behind the Curtain — Strategic and Silent
While many know the public campaigns, much of my work happens behind the scenes — helping shape narratives, defending Pakistan’s image against misinformation, and building digital frameworks that support truth and civic sense.
Not every battle needs to be loud. Some wins are silent.
My Leadership Philosophy
I don’t stand alone. My strength lies in a team of individuals who’ve stayed with me through highs and lows — not for money, but for mission. We move in sync, driven by purpose, not personal gain.
True leadership, to me, is about creating leaders, not followers.
My Vision for Digital Pakistan
I believe in building a digital force that’s wise, truthful, and responsible. Where awareness replaces ignorance, and engagement leads to progress.
In a world where noise dominates, we need to restore calm, clarity, and common sense — especially in digital spaces. We need more builders, not breakers.

Final Thoughts
From Karachi’s streets to the global digital arena, I carry my roots with pride. I’m still growing, still learning, and still building — for a better digital Pakistan, for all of us.
